Changing a Scouts email

I have a scout that was granted access to Scoutbook by his parent and has changed his email account and can no longer log in under his old account. I as an administrator nor his parents can see his old email in his profile to make a change. How can this be changed so he can gain access?

The parent needs to send an e-mail to scoutbook.support@scouting.org and request the account be updated. The Scout’s name, BSA member ID, council and unit need to be included in the e-mail.
