Problems with updating a parent email

A parent from our troop - is trying to update his Scout Book email address to a new one he uses currently.

He has tried numerous times following the instructions “My Dashboard > Administration > My Account > Email” but has been unsuccessful in making the email change.

He also thinks that there might be another account associated with him from the time he was a Den leader with the cub scouts.

Could he get help updating his email?
