Is there a way for an administrative commissioner to determine if a unit charter renewal status is Pre-Posted because:
a) it was Auto-Posted because it met all of those criteria, or
b) the local council Registrar reviewed it and pre-posted it prior to the charter expiration date?
It appears that the Charter Renewal Status Report available in Commissioner Tools has Charter_Status = “Pre-Posted” in either case.
It would be helpful to know the difference to better understand a) units that submit charter renewal applications that meet the auto-post criteria, and b) the throughput of the local council’s review and correction process.
