BSA # 136524671 is our committee chair. She can’t seem to reset her password. Is there anyway you can force reset the next time she logs in? She has hit the forgot password button but no email ever comes her way to reset it.
She also has done all of her training under BSA# 13832994 so nothing is showing up for her. Can you please help
