She hasn’t been able to login and I don’t know if her account is locked from too many attempts, needs a password reset, or what.
Has she tried resetting her password?
@ShannonMollenhauer The issue is that her BSA member number is missing her date of birth (DOB).
Please contact your local council for assistance. They should be able to add her DOB and also reset her password. Her BSA member number is: 13979275.
Finally got her to try the password reset and that fixed it. Apparently the DOB issue wasn’t the blocker, just a PEBKAC and knowing what link to follow!
