How can I update an Adventure earned last year

I have a Cub who is currently in a Bear Den. Member ID: 142074532
Last year he earned an Adventure and it was marked as completed, but was not marked as awarded. The system will not let me mark it as awarded.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I thought you only had to move them into the correct den to Approve things, but maybe it’s also necessary to Award them as well. I would move the scout into a Wolf den, mark it awarded, then move them back to the Bear den if you want to get it resolved.

@CharlesHoffman does the Item appear in To Approve (Roster>Advancements)?
