I have a parent in my troop that also has a daughter in the “G” troop. They had an account on Scoutbook for their son, but setup a new SB account when their daughter joined. They’re using the same email account, and now they can’t access their son’s account. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Unless there’s a reason you care for the parent to have their original account, go to the son’s connections and search for the email address. Connect the son to that account. That’s the path of least resistance if they aren’t a registered leader.
