Hello!. My mom was able to connect to two different merit badge counselors prior to April 15. Our troop’s charter had expired and Scoutbook started working again. Now, my parents and I are not able to connect to a merit badge counselor.

Perviously, my mom was able to add a connection in her account. She is not seeing that in her account either. What do we need to do so we can connect to a merit badge counselor. We have their BSA numbers too.
