Connection broken with scouts

I’m a key three delegate and Advancement chair and as of last week, my connection to several scouts has been broken. Is there a reason for this? Connection Manager does not allow me to add myself back to those scouts. I have sent each scout an invite, we will see if that fixes things. Any advice?

Are you a unit admin in Scoutbook (2 keys next to your name in the roster)? If you are a unit admin, please send an e-mail to scoutbook.support@scouting.org with the names, BSA#s, unit and council of these Scouts. Post the SSD number you receive in an automated reply here so we can get this in front of the developers. We are trying to understand why some connections between Scouts and unit admins are being broken.

I did not receive an automated reply. Is there another way to get an SSD number?
