There were some issues with our recharter and it wasn’t posted before the 60 day grace period ended. As a result, all of my positions and connections to scouts were discontinued in scoutbook, my.scouting.org, and internet advancement. We finally got the rechartering issue figured out and the charter was posted last week. Since then, my positions have been restored in my.scouting.org and internet advancement but not in scoutbook. I had previosuly had duplicate accounts, but they have already been merged. Is there any way to restore those positions in scoutbook? My BSA number is #135839271.
