Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

I am a key 3 delegate and have full permissions in Scout book. However, I am only able to see the scout’s first name and last initial. When I click on the scout it tells me I’m not connected. But when I go to connections manager, it has a green dot saying I have full permissions. Any help? Thanks!

  1. Go to your Troop Roster page.
  2. Click on your name.
  3. Click on your Troop Admin position.
  4. Click Update.
    See if this resets your connection to this Scout.
