COR can't log in

Hello. My COR is having trouble logging into his account. The real problem is coming at my.scouting.org, but I know it is the same account as on Scoutbook. He has attempted to reset and it told him he would get a code in his email, but he hasn’t gotten one (he’s checked his spam folder). We have pending leader applications and council told him they could not help him. Is there anything that can be done? His ID is 6324714. Thanks so much!

@ErinBrown Please ask the user to go to my.Scouting and use the chatbot (“Betty”) in the lower right corner.

When asked if he remembers his security questions, he can say “No” to bypass.

@ErinBrown If the user is still unable to reset his password using the “Betty” chatbot, your local council can do a direct password reset using their Volunteer Support Tools.

They told him they were completely unable to help him. He even drove there in person to try to get assistance. I will suggest he try to talk to “Betty.” He is an older man, so all this technology is a bit tricky (wouldn’t change him for anything, though).

FYI there is now a COR Delegate position the COR can give in Position Manager - then the Delegate can do technology actions
