Council Made a New Member ID: Scoutbook now blank

We are in Transatlantic Council (my TAC MID: 131763298).
We were in the US over the summer with Chickasaw Council. I requested a Multiple Registration, but Chickasaw made yet another new MID with Chickasaw Council (14091500).
When I log into my.scouting or Scoutbook Legacy with my current TAC MID, Scoutbook is totally blank. I have to log in with the new MID that Chickasaw made to get anything in Scoutbook Legacy, and most of the “My Account” information is gone.
Transatlantic (131763298) is my primary registration and what I have YPT under.
So, I am currently logged into Scoutbook Legacy with my latest Chickasaw ID (14091500) so it will work, even though that is not my primary registration.

Basically the same thing happened with my two daughters.
So, I need to get everything back on track with our Transatlantic (primary) Member IDs, without loosing any of the old information.

Caitlin’s Chickasaw ID is 137322290, Transatlantic (primary) ID should be 135602078
Mariam’s Chickasaw ID is 137322196, Transatlantic (primary) ID should be 135602047
