I have den leaders who take C42 den leader training but are not getting credit for it in the Organizational Manger’s training report, yet the show me their completion certificate. Is there a glitch in the system?
@AnthonyMoreno first thought is they did it under a secondary Member ID that is very common. You can have them log into my.scouting.org and see what member ID they see for themself - is it the same as the my.scouting.org roster for the unit?
So we checked and both Member IDs match and the course was completed a few months ago too. I just noticed the discrepancy on the training report as we get closer to unit renewal.
@AnthonyMoreno what is the Member # of the Scouter (no names) - I guess it was an inperson class? If done by council did they enter the class? I think unit should be able to enter it in Training Manager

The ID Validation statement I have never seen - I would talk to Council on it also
