I am the new advancement chair. I can see the kids advancements. I can see their previous advancements that are awarded and one’s that are approved. I don’t see how to move an advancement from approved to awarded. Any help would be great! Thanks!
It’s pretty clunky in IA2. It’s much more straightforward to do in Scoutbook directly. There was a discussion about this recently. Lemme see if I can find it…

Log into scoutbook.scouting.org with the same credentials > click on Administration > Click my dash board (if needed) > click on your unit on the right side of screen > click Reports > click needs Awarding Report - that is the easy way @BrianaPollard
