I have custom reports that I set up more than 6 months ago to run for tracking for COH and I used to be able to run them for all scouts in our troops. Now when I try and run them, they only include a small fraction of our troops. I had issues recently with my access changes and got it fixed so I don’t know why I am now having this issue. I can still access the individual’s info from the roster. I am attaching a screenshot of the options with names blacked out. We have over 60 scouts.
@MichelleHayden what is the Member # (no names) of a scout or 2 that is missing?
Here are two of the requested member #s:
132271784
131961197
@MichelleHayden yes - you have no connections to them in Scoutbook so you have no rights to see them - a unit admin would need to give you connections in Legacy > Roster > Connection Manager
Do I not automatically get connected to all scouts as advancement chair? I never had problems with this before until I was removed as an ASM and they fixed it and put me back in as advancement.
As Unit Advancment Chair you are supposed to be a Unit Admin but your admin role was ended in August. It is the admin role that connects you to all Scouts.
I recommend asking a current unit admin (2 key icon on the Scoutbook roster) to restore your unit admin role.
I got it fixed now that I knew the problem. No one know why my stuff changed in Sept so it is odd but thought it was fixed after my last issue. I have been added back in as Troop Admin and can see everyone again. Thanks again!
