Bug Fixes
- Discrepancies between payments - what the unit sees and what council sees has been fixed
- The Cannot Multiple Error Should be fixed if giving a COR a second position
- A Duplicated email error that appeared is now fixed
- Resend Charter button should now appear after 2 days if not completed
New Feature
- Print Roster now shows roster as it currently is in recharter system
- On Hold Status - now provides more information
- Able to now change a participant to an adult position (not sure if this applies to scouts too at this point)
