Hi! In trying to delete a duplicated account (because had two users using same email message come up), I apparently deleted the entire scout account, keeping the duplicated adult account instead. Can you help?
well users cannot delete much of anything - do you see a SB User ID? or BSA #? @ReedWinter

yeah 3 accounts have that email - Wife and a youth - I will clear the emails

Oh! Thank you! What started this was the reports function was not generating an Eagle Application (filled out an old one and learned this yesterday during ScoutMaster conference). Trying to get the SSO filled out, then the report showed as available but gave message stating that there was this duplication. Was just looking for the Eagle application to generate the report so can submit for BOR request…
