I too am being told on scoutbook that my email address has two accounts associated with it. How can I get this fixed?
@MarissaGrohoski I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.
You should log in with your my.scouting username – not your e-mail address.

@JenniferOlinger I am the training coordinator for our troop. One adult leader said his training record is different from what I see.
The BSA member ID he sees from his profile is 13106945.
The BSA member ID I see from the trained leader report is 13364848.
Apparently, training records for these two ID are not synced. Can you help to merge these two accounts?

This is fixed. He also had two scoutbook accounts, which I merged. He needs to log in using the sign in with Google button. Training should merge within 24 hours. If not, let us know.
Can someone please merge my two accounts? 14004794 and 140170340.

@Kahuna you cannot merge BSA #s you can only put them under management. I will look at account and clean it up though
