@AlexandraBrowne- for the den leader add in scoubook classic go to the roster then the leader click on the name then look for the add position /role and click on that
The add the den leader position and assign it to the den in question
I cannot select anyone in SB legacy. All leadership names are black. Here is an example of my name as it appears in the Roster section.
@AlexandraBrowne - your positions are noted as COR delegate and CC in my.scouting.org ? If you go to Your Account from the dashboard, then Your Positions, then click on the Pack Admin then scroll down to click on update does that change that view of the adults on the roster ?
My Pack Admin rights expired. I bet that’s the problem. I tried updating the expiration date but it’s not letting me. Do I need to call Council?

Screenshot of all positions listed in my.scouting. I also had another Pack admin go in a edit that role for me to start today. Nothing has changed yet in what I’m able to do but thinking maybe I need to wait 24 hours.
@AlexandraBrowne- well you should only be registered in one position so it should only be committee chair
I also have a den leader assigned to the bear den, she can not add advancement for any scouts other than her own. I’ve tried removing and reading her to the den, but nothing has worked.
I need my Pack Admin role back. Here is a screenshot of what shows under “positions” in SB and a screenshot of what shows under “roster” in SB. The Pack Admin role is not listed which means I do not have access to my leaders profiles. As you can see my name under the “roster” portion is not highlights red so I cannot click on it for information. That is the same for all leadership.

@AlexandraBrowne- another pack admin would need to approve the position..Additionally, you would not need committee member or key 3 delegate as you are Committee Chair..just a jumble of roles and positions
I had another committee member add me as Pack Admin yesterday and they received the error when trying to extend the expiration date to end of year saying “date cannot be in the future” but when they try to save the change without putting an expiration date they get a message saying they need an expiration date. I waited 24 hours after they went in but nothing changed. Any ideas??

So I need to find another Pack Admin to log in and do the same process as the first Pack Admin did yesterday?
@AlexandraBrowne - let me try this again.. another pack admin needs to approve the pack admin position…A pack admin will be listed in the scoutbook roster with 2 keys next to their name
Yes, it was a Pack Admin with two keys next to their name that had the problem yesterday
@AlexandraBrowne- ok.. I am done as you are not either understanding or reading the line that says they need to approve the role.
Having that same Pack admin log in right now and try again. I made it clear they need to approve the pack admin position.
