Our troop patrols appear to be missing. All scouts show as unassigned
Mine is my dens gone for the pack, but scoutbook legacy still shows dens.
@AnthonyDeSimone - do not touch anything in legacy.
Same here, Pack and Troop missing dens and patrols. try to add a patrol and it says unit isn’t Troop ![]()
Me too, can’t see option to group by Dens. Definitely seems to have been from yesterday’s patch.
Same thing for me. All scouts are shown as unassigned.
Yes this has been reported as an issue - Watch the Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums for an announcement of the fix.
This seems to be resolved now
@DonovanMcNeil my Tiger den/scout is missing from Pack 4420, Council 611, MID 142110399
@LatnerG have you tried as Incognito window?
@DonovanMcNeil I have and it works. I will not clear my cache and cookies. This is the ONLY software I have to do this with consistently and I refuse to do it anymore. I lose ALL of my saved logins and have to re-verify all the accounts I log in with.
Scouting America needs to find a more stable web platform.
You can selectively clear cached data associated with a particular domain for most browsers. I would search for the instructions for your particular browser. That should preserve your other login data, but avoid needing an incognito window for all scouting.org logins (until the next glitch).
@CharleyHamilton thank you for that information! I was able to specifically clear cache and delete cookies for that specific site and it worked.
The cache issue is going to remain - we are hoping Scoutconnect architecture is going to eliminate it
My den is missing in my Scoutbook Plus Roster when accessed from my personal computer ONLY. I can see it when accessing from other computers, as well as mobile and on legacy. I can even run a unit report and see the den at that time. All other den leaders (as well as myself when accessing from another computer) see the Lion den. Below I am posting my view of Scoutbook Plus, which does not contain Lions as a category. Any thoughts on what might be going on with my personal computer? Thanks!
@BryantCannon - I would do this
That fixed it. Thanks!
