When our den leaders go into their den page and select “send message”, they need to pick their parents out of our entire pack list. It appears by this FAQ (https://help.scoutbook.com/knowledge-base/sending-email-blasts-to-your-den-or-patrol/) that this shouldn’t be the case. How do I change this so the den leaders only see the emails associated to that specific den’s Scouts?
It works for me. Are you sure they are going to their den page, not my dashboard or the pack page?
I am having the same problem. When I select “Send Message” from a specific den’s page, no names are highlighted on the parents list. These are Cub Scouts, so the Scouts do not have accounts of their own. It used to highlight the parents of the Scouts in that den.
There is a bug related to parent connections that is causing this issue. The developers are working on it.
