My pack’s Den Leaders presently have no permissions by default. When they attempt to log into Scoutbook Plus, they receive the following message:
To resolve the issue, I’ve added my Den Leaders and Assistant Den Leaders to the functional roles of Advancement Editor, Advancement Approver, and Advancement Awarder. Time will tell whether they can handle that level of power without causing any mischief.
@Bagheera that simple looks like they are using the wrong log in - what is a member # (no names)
Try Member ID 14373906.
@Bagheera that user - first I would say watch them log in cause all LOOKS fine. If they hit error in SB+ - have them go to my.scouting and make sure it is the same Member #
