When I signed up as a parent/den leader with BSA and my back 3 years ago (INFO Removed by Admin)
@LauraGaribay1 please do not post emails and such to a national open forum.
@LauraGaribay1 you use Sign in with Google to log in. So not sure I understand the issue
@LauraGaribay1 your pack has also not assigned you to a Den in SB+ - they need to do that for you to be able to record Advancements and function as a Den LEader. Key3 can go to Roster in SB+ > Edit Den > Add Adult
Yes I used to sign in with Google to login with the gmail * but now when I try and login with my new email *, there is an error that comes up saying that email is not associated with a BSA account. My Cubmaster says she has changed my email for the pack. When I login with my old email to scoutbook and look at my profile it has my new email listed but I don’t have editing rights etc.

You would still use the sign in with Google login - that is how you are set up
As Donovan noted, your unit Key 3 need to assign you to a specific den in SB+ in order for your den leader related permissions to take effect. It can sometimes take overnight or a forced reload of the SB+ site after the permissions changes are made for things to normalize. Your unit Key 3 can also add other permissions, to the extent that they believe you need them, using the permissions manager in SB+, but I would recommend doing so after the Den Leader assignment and permissions take effect, since I’ve had strange things happen where “supplemental” permissions appeared to reset when a new position was assigned that had default permissions associated with it.
SB+ adopted a new permissions structure some time back, as described in the (dismissable) blue banner a the top of these forums:
A major focus of the migration to Scoutbook Plus is to have positions mirror the positions shown in My.Scouting to ensure positions were reflected accurately in both platforms. The main purpose it to honor the guidance of our charter organizations and the positions they approve. Therefore, Scoutbook Plus does not use Legacy Scoutbook positions. Registered positions are used to provide base permissions. Some additional permissions can be added by the unit, however, there are restrictions on what can be given. See the updated Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video for more details.
If your roster is blank, select the roster filter then click Reset Filters.
If you are having trouble with a small number of Scouts or Leaders, the first question the SUAC will ask is what is the Scouting America Member ID. You can save time by providing this in your initial post. We do not need or want names, just the Member ID.
@LauraGaribay1- please do not post email addresses
