Anyone else have an issue where den leader was removed from the den and cannot be found by scoutmaster in scoutbook to be added back? Den leader does still have a scoutbook account. Issue occurred April 1st.
@MelissaDammer - is this person on the roster at my.scouting.org? If not i suspect they are not registered as an adult. An adult application is necessary along with ypt and criminal background check
Yes they are registered and can access scoutbook as a parent but was removed as den leader at the April update.

Please provide their bsa member number (no names), and we can look into it.
My money is on this being a tiger or lion adult partner.
