This is what I was told by the den leader …:“I don’t have a few of our kids linked to our den and it won’t allow me to access their profiles for safety reasons. They are listed as unassigned on a separate list.” Any ideas what to do? Thanks
It’s usually easier if the actual involved party posts so detailed questions can be asked.
A Scoutbook unit admin (typically the Key 3 plus anyone else they assigned) can assign the scouts to the correct den. At that point, assuming the DL is correctly assigned as a Den Admin, they should automatically be connected to the scouts who are added. It might take an overnight sync to propagate, however.

I don’t know that this can be done from the council/district level. Maybe one of the SUAC can comment on that.
A unit Key 3 (Cubmaster, Charter Org Rep, or Committee Chair) can put the Scouts into their dens in Scoutbook Plus.
Unit Advancement Chairs and unit Key 3 Delegates (assigned at my.Scouting) should also be able to assign Cub Scouts to their dens.
