Hi - I am the den leader, and in January I lost access to administer my den. Our pack leader has tried to fix it but there’s nothing he can do to add me back as the den leader. It says it can’t find my BSA account, and he hasn’t gotten any help when reaching out yet.
Can anyone help?
I only found 1 BSA Member ID for you. That MID has never been registered as a den leader. The only registrations on this MID are Lion and Tiger Adult Partners.
In 2021, the BSA changed Scoutbook so that only registered leaders have the ability to administer a unit or den.
You will need to complete an adult application and become a registered leader to have your Scoutbook access restored.
