I have a Bear den leader that is taking over as the Tiger den leader. I tried to switch him from Bear to Tiger and when I took the Bear responsibilities off he disappeared from my roster. He is registered and the search brings up no result when searching. I’ve used his name, email and BSA id#. He is still linked to his son but I’m unable to make him a leader again.

Not sure why you cannot find him - but I set a position sync to run overnight
