I have a Den leader who is unable to award adventures in SB+. The quick feature has no options to approve or award items for the den leader. Our CM went through the new permissions and everything is assigned correctly for roles and permissions. What are we missing?

But I am a den leader and have been for over a year. [image]

@WendyTsao - no Committee Member is your registered position and the den admin is NOT a den leader. If you log into my.scouting.org you will see your registered position there

If you want to see your registered positions go to my.scouting.org > click My Profile. That is Legacy Scoutbook with a fake position for you of Den admin - that is a retired position

I’ll reach out to our Pack leader as I believe he’s acting as all 3 right now.

Still nothing. I get an error screen that says, “You don’t have access to this trail.”
