Our Webelo Den leader (Member ID: 140239691) is unable to see the members of their den other than their own child. They show as Den Leader and Den Admin, as well as Pack admin in an effort to get this to work for them.
Previously this user was having the issue and so I tried removing their den admin priveleges planning to give them back hoping to fix it with a “turn it off and on again” approach, but this caused the user to drop of my unit roster. That’s been fixed now, but still can’t get den adventure rights.
I’ve tried various things but have had no luck. There’s a slim chance that it’s user error as I haven’t been able to sit with them, but they have previously been a den leader with another pack so they have the experience.
