One of our assistant den leaders has a flag in Scoutbook: “Not on official unit roster in my.Scouting” so I can’t assign any roles to him beyond pack admin. Our council says he has 2 BSA Member Id #s so they think that is the problem but have no idea how to address that. Is there a way to fix that here?
His Member ID associated with Scoutbook is 137361593 (with the yellow not official flag) but his other number provided by our Council is 137210507; both numbers show active membership. If you could check into this for me I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks so much!
