Den Leaders Cannot Login to SB+

I am the Cubmaster and have two den leaders who are not able to login to SB+.
They are listed in my.scouting → Position Manger → as Den Leaders. Their membership is current in my.scouting → Roster through 12/31/2026.

In SB+ Roster it has them listed as “Needs to Register” and in Position Manager → Assign Position, they are listed in Red at the bottom of the Den Leader List as “Term Expires”

When I look at their profile in SB+ I see a different Member ID number than what is listed on the my.scouting roster. Is this what is causing the issue? How do I update the MID in SB+ to reflect their current MID?

DL1 is fixed - either Key3 in SB+ or Council need to make sure they are parent of all their kids

Thank you! How does a Key3 verify they are parents of all their kids?

In SB+ Reports > Click New Report > Roster Report > add the Scouts on Left side > then on Right side there is a PG Relationship Option > If you click that it will show all Parents with the Member ID they have the relationship under.

You can also look at Scout Profile in SB+ under relationships - issue with that is the Member ID of the parent is much more hidden
