I have a scout who has earned the National Outdoor Achievement Award (Camping). The scout has not yet completed enough nights of camping to earn Device #1, however, that award is somehow marked as “Complete.” There are not requirements marked as approved and no dates entered. Can someone help me figure out how to fix it? Thanks!

Here are screen shots. It’s for the first device. The scout doesn’t have enough camping nights (yet) and nothing is checked off, so I’m not sure how it got this way or how to back it out
If you post the Member ID for the scout (no names, please!), the SUAC volunteers should be able to look at the system and see what’s showing up.
Is there anything marked for the earlier version (i.e. toggling the version at the top of the entry page)? I wonder if that’s why it’s showing up.

@HelenFrasier Try entering a date, but don’t mark it as Approved. Wait a few minutes, and then remove the date.
