Change adult positions

Is there a timeline to allow for changing the position of adult leaders online? It appears that you can make the changes sort of halfway. You can end the current position and start a new position for the adult. However, this does change the training reports, or the position noted in some reports. I really don’t understand why this was only half completed.

I think part of the confusion was because the question was asked in the New Scoutbook Feature Requests sub-forum, when it probably should be in this sub-forum (My Scouting Tools), because Scoutbook does not process registrations.

With all of the enhancements to the online application process in late 2020, has there been any thought about allowing a position change (w/i the same unit) via the online application process? (Note: not exactly a new topic, but given all of the recent improvements, it may be worth revisiting) .
