Discrepancies between roster in Scoutbook Plus computer vs. phone

Hi,

When viewing my pack’s roster on advancements.scouting.org on my laptop, I am able to see everyone in the pack with no issues. However, when using a mobile device (advancements.scouting.org in Safari on an iPhone), I am unable to view any members of the Bear or Webelos dens, whether I am grouping/editing by den or not. When I go to filters, the Bear and Webelos dens are both not even there to be selected. Again, I have no issues on the computer, just on the phone.

Any tips?

@JTP that is probably a cache issue.

First go to SB+ Roster > Filters > Click RESET FILTERS

If that does not solve it clear your cache
