Our troop has some documents that we use with our troop specially. Is there a way to add a location with in scoutbook to add those files were the committee can store planning docs and other documents that parents can access.
@MichelleImhoff - this has been requested multiple times and in each case it has been noted that document storage on an enterprise scale is costly. What our units do is leverage the unit gmail account for doc storage and access. Links are provided on the unit website and within the unit forums.
Options abound. Our troop puts all the forms a family could want up on our website. Our committee uses OneDrive (some could use gmail) to store working documents and old calendars etc. Some units use these forms (each unit can have their own) and stores their documents in there.
