I have a scout that has 2 different scoutbook accounts. How can i go about getting one of them removed so he can view the correct account?

@MattHawes post the BSA # and we can take a look

128246104 and 140246409. REMOVED created a scoutbook account on his own and cant see the one with the troop with all his advancements. The one account may need removed.

@MattHawes no those appear to be a father and a son maybe

@MattHawes i figured it out give me a minute

@MattHawes ok that is fixed - keep this handy for Scouts (or parents) making accounts

Myst Account Setup.pdf (223.2 KB)

Thanks. I will save the file

try it yourself - try Matthew vs Matt perhaps - you will see

@AaravKumar I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)

I had an account created when we joined and my cub associated with that account. But I guess I never knew so I registered using google sign in. and created a new one.
I took several trainings into the second account, the one I have been taking and renewing the protection program. but on the other one since I never logged in until now I have none.
The one account that I never logged in until now, is the one registered as the parent.
Do I just re-take all courses on the one registered as parent and then delete the other one. Or there is a way to merge de accounts?
