I have a scout that has 2 different scoutbook accounts. How can i go about getting one of them removed so he can view the correct account?
@MattHawes post the BSA # and we can take a look
128246104 and 140246409. REMOVED created a scoutbook account on his own and cant see the one with the troop with all his advancements. The one account may need removed.

I am getting an error that another user is using the same email address for Scoutbook. Is there anything else I need to do? Please see the attached screenshots. Find attached the screenshots and below my information.

I had an account created when we joined and my cub associated with that account. But I guess I never knew so I registered using google sign in. and created a new one.
I took several trainings into the second account, the one I have been taking and renewing the protection program. but on the other one since I never logged in until now I have none.
The one account that I never logged in until now, is the one registered as the parent.
Do I just re-take all courses on the one registered as parent and then delete the other one. Or there is a way to merge de accounts?
