I have a parent that has 2 scout book accounts.
The Parent Primary account is 137030327. The parents other account is coming up as undefined.
I’m not sure if they were already combined but is there a way to remove the parent’s second account that is not valid. We are getting ready to cross the Scout to a troop, and we would like to resolve this issue before we transfer the scout, so the parent doesn’t have too account in the future.

@DarrenFerlazzo that is fixed - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number that they can log into
