Duplicate accounts one connected and one not

It appears as I may have 2 accounts. My primary is accounted to my child and and the other is connected to my other child.

My active scout book is account is BSA Member ID:13989383

My oldest daughter account is BSA Member ID:13989392

My youngest daughters account is BSA Member ID:13989413

Can you please investigate and fix if possible.

@LenHebert I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.

It looks like you are already connected to your younger child in Scoutbook. A Pack Admin should be able to update your connection type to her as “Parent / Guardian”. They can do this by going to her [Scout]'s Connections page in Scoutbook, click on your name, then update the connection type.

I would recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up both of your children. In the Relationships" section, your should be listed there as a parent under your primary BSA member ID number: 13989383. They should remove you as parent under any other BSA member numbers.
