I have a scout who has turned 18 so he registered as a unit participant with our recharter. Scoutbook now shows two profiles for this scout. He is listed on my Scoutbook roster twice with the same SB # and BSA #. Both profiles look to be exactly the same and show both Scout BSA membership and Unit Participant as current. How do we correct so we only have one profile on our roster?
If both numbers are the same - just go to the scout and end the Scout membership with a date
