Two of our scouts in Troop 216 dropped off of Scoutbook. They are renewed and on our roster at my.scouting.org. Can anyone assist?

Thank you @DonovanMcNeil so much for you kind intervention to fix this… We do have hard cutoff on Jan 20th for scouts to get their system updated for the upcoming COH on 01/27 … This is critical for few scouts who are on their path to eagle.
