I’m having a problem with one parent who logs into scoutbook. He used to have scouts registered in another council and that is the account he sees. The BSA MID is 132658630 for both. His old UID is 8335213 and the one linked to the current troop his two kids are registered is 11736175. Is there a way to delete / merge the old record into the new one? Thank you in advance.
