Duplicate Account - Merit Badge Counselor

I am a merit badge counselor and a scoutmaster attempted to link me with one of the scouts in the troop. However, it appears he created a new / duplicate account. When I log into Scoutbook, I get a message that says "Warning, another user is using the same email address. How do I go about merging the accounts so that there is only one merit badge counselor record and I am listed as the scout’s merit badge counselor?

I don’t know how to create a new post, so, posting my request as a reply to this topic as I have the same problem.

Hi, I’m Om Prakash Gangwal, a MB Counselor with Troop 153. Apparently there are two accounts on my name with slight difference in the names (space missing). Could you please merge these accounts?

Here’s my info:

GOOD ACCOUNT (lists me as MB counselor, tied to my YPT and other training…)
Name: OmPrakash Gangwal
Member ID: Ending with 2564

BAD ACCOUNT (typo in my name & I’ve never logged into it and doesn’t even have any DoB)
Name: Om Prakash Gangwal (notice the extra space in the first name)
Member ID: ending with 0121
