Duplicate accounts help - P494

Can someone please merge the following two accounts - it looks like our council may have made a separate new account for them when they became a leader instead of using the parent’s current BSA ID. If you can also please reset their password once they are combined it would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

@LaurenDilles This adult leader has 2 usernames at my.scouting.

One has Google sign in turned on, so the user can log in by clicking on the “Sign in with Google” button and his Google credentials. The other is an e-mail address. If he could pick one username to keep, we can retire the other one.

We do not have the ability to reset passwords, but your local council can (except in cases where Google or Apple sign in is turned on).

Thanks Jennifer, he would like to keep 14244461. Are you able to merge and delete the other account?

Member IDs (MID) can’t be deleted, only managed. This member is registered with MID 14244461 so that one will remain primary.

What we need to know is which my.scouting.org ID does the individual want to keep. The one using Google Login or the one using BSA login with the ID being the e-mail address.
