Duplicate Adult Accounts

@JosephLimone Switch to 788 so I can see something please

Ok I switched back to 788

@JosephLimone - OK try this Log out intentionally then log into my.scouting - then SB and see if you get it - if you do great - then switch back and see if it still works

Donovan,
I am hoping you can help with this issue. I seem to have two profiles in my.scouting/SB. In the two profiles, Mike Parker is a pack administrator, while Michael Parker only has access to my son, Noah. I think its a duplicate account issue. I have checked every menu in my.scouting and SB but with no luck. Can you merge the profiles or tell me what to do?

My profile BSA ID 12593706
Other BSA ID: 134107566

@MichaelParker - ok it should be fixed - use your my.scouting login to get in

Thanks very much! It works. I was able to approve a Webelos Supernova Award.

YiS,
Mike

Not sure if I followed what you were asking, but I logged out, logged back in to my.scouting and switched to 970. I logged out and can log in to Scoutbook, which I knew. Then I logged out, logged back in at my.scouting, switched back to 788, and logged out again. Then I try logging in to Scoutbook and same issue. I just get a spinning wheel and I never actually get in.

well try logging into my scouting with the 788 first - even if you were already in my.scouting

So, whether I am logged into my.scouting first or not makes no difference. When I go to Scoutbook it asks me to log in again. If I have 788 set as my primary ID on my.scouting I still cannot log in to Scoutbook (I just get a spinning wheel after I hit Login), whether I am currently logged in to my.scouting or not. If I switch my primary ID back to 970, my Scoutbook log in goes fine whether I am logged in to my.scouting first or not. I also tried logging in to Scoutbook and then switching my primary ID to 788. In that scenario everything works until I log out of Scoutbook and then I can’t get back in.

We have a leader with two accounts also that needs to be merged.
BSA ID 129353252 User ID 3006272
BSA ID 13286209 User ID 57779

I believe the first one is linked to his leadership position while the second is linked to his children. Also the second account has (EAGLE) added to the last name which appears to be an old reference to him being an Eagle Scout. I don’t think that is the intent of the last name field. Is it possible to have his member IDs managed correctly as part of this too?

@GarrettGreen THIS IS CLEANED UP

A leader has three accounts that need to be merged.

137227581 is BSA ID with current registration.
135926098 (other)
135926086 (other)

@MatthewAnderson6 those are fixed

@MatthewAnderson6 He might want to log in at my.scouting and use Manage Member ID to cycle through his BSA member numbers (and wait about 24 hours before cycling through to the next number).

It looks like his most recent YPT training is under BSA member number 135926086.

@MatthewAnderson6 My apologies. It looks like the leader’s training has already merged onto the primary BSA member number.
