Duplicate Adult Record (again)

Please merge the records in Scoutbook for Kanaha Athysivam (Troop 844, Circle Ten Countil). We seem have one that is an Adult Leader, and one that is a Parent. When she logs on, she cannot see her daughter, the Scout, and the Parent record does not appear to contain an email address.

We’re only a group of volunteers on here. You need to email scoutbook.support@scouting.org with the information about the two accounts: name as it appears, AdultUserID, ConnectionID so they can retain the correct account and “merge” the duplicate.
