Duplicate BSA IDs - Scout cannot log into Scoutbook+ with correct account

Hello, a Scout in our Troop appears to have two BSA IDs and Accounts, one is in our SB+ roster and has all advancement/MBs associated with it, the other appears to not be associated with our Troop. I am trying to set them up with Scoutbook access but their BSA login ID appears to be associated with the wrong orphaned account.

BSA ID listed in our SB+ Roster: 137552640 (we want his login associated with this account)

BSA ID associated with his login account: 14697276 (upon login he sees an error in SB+, and is taken to Scoutbook Legacy where we cannot see any association with the Troop)

@BillCampolo The reason a new member ID number was created is because the Scout’s date of birth was slightly different. If the DOB needs to be corrected, the local council can update it using their Registrar Tools.

The Scout should be able to log in to the correct Scoutbook account now.
