Duplicate BSA IDs - Scout can't log into Scoutbook+ with correct account

Hello, a Scout in our Troop appears to have two BSA IDs and Accounts, one is in our SB+ roster and has all advancement/MBs associated with it, the other appears to not be associated with our Troop. I am trying to set them up with Scoutbook access but their BSA login ID appears to be associated with the wrong orphaned account.

BSA ID listed in our SB+ Roster: 134635003 (we want his login associated with this account)

SB User ID associated with his login account: 14707709 (upon login he sees an error in SB+, and is taken to Scoutbook Legacy where we cannot see any association with the Troop)

@BillCampolo the scout made a sign in not attached to their account - that is fixed - I would keep this PDF on hand to help prevent this in the future.
