Hello, a Scout in our Troop has two BSA IDs and Accounts, one is in our SB+ roster and has all advancement/MBs associated with it, the other appears to not be associated with our Troop. They must have created a new account when setting SB+ instead of linking the existing account. I am trying to set them up with Scoutbook access but their BSA login ID appears to be associated with the wrong orphaned account.
Correct BSA ID in our SB+ Roster: 140661567 (we want his login associated with this account)
SB User ID associated with his login account: 142297527 (upon login he sees an error in SB+, and is taken to Scoutbook Legacy where we cannot see any association with the Troop)
