Duplicate Email

I have a new scout parent with the dreaded changeyouremail@scoutbook.com email address and when I try to add her as a new user I get

" Email: Only adult Scouters can be invited. A youth Scout was found with this email address in Scoutbook."

What is the least painful way to help this parent figure out how to fix her account? The BSAid of the user with this issue is 13726166

this one is a little complex - I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
